It's true, stores are almost giving away their stock right now. Fewer of us are prepared to part with our hard earned cash because we know that times are going to be hard over the next few years. Well, that's not strictly true. Many of us are saving money but those of you with keener eyes will know that now is the time to buy what you want at knock down prices. The economic slow down mixed with rising taxes and fuel costs has hit us hard. It would be logical to suggest that every one of is trying to keep as much money tucked away - no more luxuries for a while. But here's the irony - there's no better time than now if you want to pick up those expensive shoes that you've been looking at in the shop window.
I know this may not make sense to some people but I'll give you the rationale - shops need to sell to survive. Most products sold return a fat, healthy profit to dealers. But the stores can still survive on much lower profit margins hence the abundance of discounts and deals on offer right now. By retaining customer loyalty and adequate revenue many companies will be able to ride out the economic storm and emerge ready to ramp business back up to pre-recession levels.
I know some of you don't believe me. Fine, check it out for yourself. Go to town, use the internet - it's all out there. That's why I've just saved myself nearly 50% off a very nice discount LCD television.
The choice is yours but personally I'll take a chance, bye what I want now then save like crazy!
I run Voucherfrenzy.co.uk - a UK online shopping discount codes site.
